We are of course more than happy to discuss at length any aspect of your enquiry or booking at any time during our business hours, however our office premises are situated in the grounds of our private residence and as none of the vehicles shown on our website are garaged on these premises the required ‘business’ public liability insurance is not in force at this address to cover clients wishing to visit our office as this is a very rare request anyway.
As we are sure you can imagine in a busy office in addition to the normal administration work we are inundated with telephone enquiries so we would be unable to set aside as much time as we would like to be able to discuss those things you will naturally wish to ask. It is for this reason we consider that for initial contact and for general enquiries the telephone or email is best for first contact, however we do understand that for some clients personal contact is essential so naturally if you wish to view a vehicle or vehicles we will then arrange for you to be able to meet the supplier/chauffeur in person who would actually be responsible for carrying out your wedding itinerary and who will be happy to answer all of your questions with regard to their own particular vehicle/s and the events of your special day and how you would wish these to proceed. We feel that speaking to the person that will actually be delivering the product is going to be more beneficial to you than visiting our office staff.
Naturally our office staff are more than happy to discuss anything wedding related that you wish to discuss over the telephone and of course if we can offer any helpful advice or suggestions we will be most happy to do so at this preliminary stage. Personal visits are best when you are ready to view the vehicle/s. Thank you for your understanding.
