Before phoning us, please have your quote number to hand so we can quickly find all your details. You can find it on the quote you’ve received.
You can reserve and pay a deposit online by following the link on the quote we’ve sent you. If you’ve lost your quote, you can find it here. Alternatively, you can request a new quote.
If you need to make changes to a quote we’ve sent you, simply reply to the email quote we’ve sent you with all the changes and we will update it.
If you need to make changes to a booking you’ve already made, please reply to any of the email we’ve sent you previously with the changes required. We will get back to you with an updated itinerary.
Please note, for your security, we do not accept changes to existing booking over the phone, only in writing.
Balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. To make a payment you can follow the link shown on the email confirmation we’ve sent you when you made your booking.
Alternatively, enter your booking number and email address you’ve used to book your vehicle/s below and we will resend it to you.

For Insurance reasons we can only provide vehicles for Weddings, Marriage Blessings, Civil Partnerships and Film & TV. Vehicles are not available for Anniversaries, Proms, Birthdays, Hen and Stag Parties or other Private Hire work.
