In the unlikely event you find the same vehicle/s advertised elsewhere at a lower price for the same service, product and number of hours let us know and we will aim to match or beat that quote. We can’t be fairer than that !
Premier Carriage has one of the UK’s largest portfolios of wedding transport. This superb selection of vehicles are available in many towns and counties of the UK and as we are adding new vehicles to our portfolio on a very regular basis we continue to grow and expand to new areas of the UK. As such we have many ‘locally based’ wedding vehicles on our website.

Sometimes wedding planning does not go as intended, so if you need to change your times or amend any other information with your booking we will be more than happy to make the changes for you, and as long as the changes are still within the total mileage and hours originally requested/quoted we won’t charge you a penny either. All we ask is you let us know of any changes no later than 28 days before the wedding.
Although as with any wedding car company the initial standard deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Should you wish to cancel we will refund any other money you have paid, no quibbles. We do not see the need to penalise you and charge you a percentage of the hire cost just because you need to cancel many months before your wedding. Some companies may charge you a percentage on a sliding scale, check our terms and conditions of hire, then check theirs !
If you really like a particular vehicle but feel it is just out of your price range let us know, we will see what we can do. Because we price vehicles sensibly at the outset we will not have the ability to make big changes in the quotes, but a few pounds here and there is something we may possibly be able to consider. If you wish to pay in equal monthly instalments, by standing order, we can discuss this as long as all is paid off prior to the wedding day.
You can never be too careful with your privacy and personal details on the web. Premier Carriage is a fully ‘GDPR’ Data Compliant company as required by law. Your details are 100% secure with us, we won’t let anyone else have them.
We will always aim to provide your quote on the same day the enquiry is received if during office working hours. Enquiry forms are short and very simple to complete, all of the information you provide will be saved securely so should you subsequently decide to book a vehicle you will not need to complete this form again. Deposits can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer etc.. securely online, or over the telephone if more convenient. Balances can be paid by the same payment facilities.
