You will be informed should a vehicle need unscheduled repairs or breakdown prior to your booked day. Alternative replacement vehicles or a full refund will be offered.
We hope this situation does not occur, however vehicles as we all know can break down or need unscheduled repairs despite all the care lavished upon them.
If your car develops a problem before the wedding day and there is doubt that the vehicle is unable to be rectified in time for your wedding you will be informed straight away to offer another vehicle from our extensive portfolio of vehicles.
If you are not happy with any of the cars offered as a replacement all monies paid for the vehicle unable to carry out the itinerary will be returned so you can source a suitable vehicle elsewhere.
