About this vehicle:
This Land Rover Safari when new was originally provided to the motoring press in 1973 as a demonstration vehicle to evaluate the new Land Rover 'Safari' marque.
It was a great success and the Safari was well received especially as it could seat up to ten passengers. For weddings we would recommend that a more comfortable number would be eight unless two of the passengers were of a slim build or children, in which case the two rear side bench seats could accommodate three on each, with three in the forward facing seats and one in the front next to the driver, so ten in total. The rear bench seats are accessed via a rear door with a drop down step for easier access.
In Cream, a traditional colour for weddings the Safari is also perfect for those country venues that need to be accessed away from the main road network.

Mike turned up in plenty of time on the day, very smartly dressed in his uniform and looked after us so well. Exceptional and professional are two words I would use. The planning and communication was excellent, right up to the video call 2 days before the wedding in order to ensure nothing was left to chance.The bride and groom were just bowled over by how special they were made to feel and relaxed.
